When you or someone you love has gone through a hell like Divorce, Single Parenting, PTSD, Addiction, or Mental Health Issues, you might find yourself grasping for the edge of the pool… searching for something to help keep you treading water, looking for a way to understand or for a way to help hold your loved ones up.
If you are dealing with any of these big Life issues, look for professional help first – consult a counselor or your doctor. But beyond that, the resources I’ve listed have been helpful to me or a loved one; they won’t cure a damn thing and there’s not quick fix, but maybe something below will you give a new tool, a little bit of hope, and the feeling that you aren’t in this alone.
